Apple started selling iPhone 4S in US starting from 14th October. And now about 28 days later, Apple has started selling factory unlocked iPhone 4S in US. But you will still have to wait for one-two weeks till you lay your hands on the contract free unlocked iPhone 4S.

But factory unlocked iPhone 4S is worth the wait. The pricing details for unlocked iPhone 4S in US are:
- 16 GB – $649
- 32 GB – $749
- 64 GB – $849
The unlocked iPhone 4S will work on any GSM carrier worldwide, but it won’t work with CDMA carriers.
